Introducing Ask Adverteyes: Chat with Your Own Ad Creative

Ask Adverteyes

Today we’re launching Ask Adverteyes, a chatbot AI assistant built directly into the Adverteyes dashboard. For the first time, you can ask questions about your own ad creative, the assets you’ve uploaded to Adverteyes for performance scoring and creative analytics and get answers back in plain language.

We recently announced Adverteyes MCP, which brought our creative intelligence into Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, and Copilot through the Model Context Protocol. Ask Adverteyes is the companion to that release: the same conversational access to creative intelligence, built natively into the dashboard you already use, with nothing to install.

The Simplest Way to Query Your Data Inside Adverteyes

What does that mean? You can ask Ask Adverteyes for best practices, or to enhance your creative brief with evidence-based tactics for specific industry categories, countries, audiences, platforms, and placements. If you’re managing ad creatives in Adverteyes, you can now ask it to explain why one cut of a spot is outperforming another, which scenes are driving attention drop-off, how your branding timing compares across a set of creatives, or what’s different about the assets moving sales. It’s querying the specific creative you’ve uploaded and scored.

To be sure, this is v1. We built it to get real usage in front of customers quickly, and we’ll expand its capabilities fast based on what people ask it to do next. If there’s a query pattern or a report you wish it handled, tell us — that’s the fastest way it improves.

Most creative teams already sit on an avalanche of scorecards, tagging reports, and benchmark data inside Adverteyes. The challenge was never a lack of the best performance data; it was the time it took to dig through it.

N.B. Adelaide Metrics featured in this video is a strategic partner. Here we’re using one of their ads as a live example to demonstrate Ask Adverteyes – a real ad from a real campaign.

Ask Adverteyes shortens that job. Instead of exporting a report and hunting for the answer yourself, you ask directly, and it points you to the specific creative element, timestamp, or comparison that explains the result.

Ask Adverteyes vs. Adverteyes MCP

Ask Adverteyes and Adverteyes MCP solve different problems. Ask Adverteyes requires zero setup: log into your dashboard and start asking questions. Adverteyes MCP is more powerful in a different way, because it plugs into your own AI assistant, it gives you the flexibility to combine our creative intelligence with other MCP-connected tools and agents as part of a broader agentic workflow, wherever that workflow lives.

Use Ask Adverteyes when you want fast answers inside your existing logged-in experience. Use Adverteyes MCP when you’re building something bigger around it.

Both sit on the same foundation: more than 18 million human observations across 100K+ ads tested in 90 countries; observed attention, emotion, and interactivity, captured across the platforms and devices people actually watch ads on, and calibrated against real outcomes like sales, brand, and engagement.

Our tagging analytics decode into the creative elements that matter: tactical features like pacing and CTA placement, distinct brand assets, and the more humanistic layers of a spot: narrative structure, characters, tone. It even plots creative features against best practices like Google ABCDs.

That combination; behavioral data at scale plus granular creative tagging, is what makes it possible to ask a question like “why is this creative underperforming” and get a specific, evidence-based answer instead of a guess.

The Creative Intelligence of Record for Leading Advertisers

Under Anton and Ana’s leadership, our product team is shipping fast. Ask Adverteyes is the latest proof of that. Though speed only matters because of what it’s built on: every new capability we ship — MCP, Ask Adverteyes, whatever comes next — draws from the same calibrated dataset and the same tagging infrastructure that Mars, Intuit, Lindt, Nielsen, and Clinch already rely on to make their creative work harder.

We think of Adverteyes as the system of record for advertisers navigating this shift toward agentic advertising, where AI assistants and autonomous workflows increasingly sit between a brand and its creative decisions.

What’s New and What Not

Nothing about the underlying intelligence is new. The MCP extracts knowledge from the same models and human response data, calibrated to sales, brand, and interaction outcomes, that already power scoring and diagnostics inside Adverteyes. What’s new is that it’s reachable as a connector, so the same evidence that shapes a good brief can also inform what an agent does next.

We’re opening first with a limited group to gather feedback, and what we learn will shape what we build next, beyond the trends database itself. Brand-specific queries, ad scoring, and other possibilities are all on the table, depending on what turns out to be most useful. Adverteyes MCP is another way to access Adverteyes Creative Intelligence, alongside the API, dashboard, and preferred integration partners already used by many of the world’s largest brands.
